Battle Winners / Participants

If you register for the first time as an artist or as a fan on the Site in a sponsored battle, we reserve the right to share your username, email address and zip code with the battle sponsor. If the user previously registered on the Site and then entered into a sponsored battle competition or sponsored battle contest, the Site may share the user’s username, email address and zip code with the battle sponsor.

As part of the Site’s regular business conduct, and regardless of whether the user has opted out of having information shared, the Site may share information with third parties who help deliver requested services.
Legal Obligations
The Site will share information in the event that there is a change of corporate ownership. The site may also share information with Government officials in order to cooperate with a legitimate investigation.
